Eligibility for Refunds
- You can request a refund or replacement within 5 to 10 days of receiving your order.
- Eligible reasons include:
- Damaged poster on arrival
- Wrong item received
- Item not delivered (confirmed by tracking)
Non-Refundable
- Due to the nature of motivational art, we do not accept refunds for “change of mind” or if the customer no longer feels motivated.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at helpmuroposter@gmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation, and a photo (if applicable).
- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
